Antigen Retrieval Problems

Hi all,

I'm trying to get an awful antibody to work on some tissue sections. It's
currently a 3-night stain in the fridge and I'm trying to shorted the
procedure. I've tried citrate buffer based antigen retrieval but its on
frozen PFA fixed sections and I suspect the gelatine coating is not as good
as it could be since they're all floating off the slides in the microwave.

Anyone got any other suggestions?

Thanks!

Yvonne
