Hi there,

I'm having trouble in infecting mouse T cells with Lenti Virus. I’m using a
HIV based vector and viruses infected 293T cells very efficiently but didn’t
infect mouse T cells at all. I'd appreciate if you could share your
protocols with me for the virus preparation and infection of mouse T cells.
