...in water and in in 10mM sodium phosphate pH 7.0 (protocol asks for
the phosphate, I also tried water)
It should dissolve at 80mg/ml in water (according to Acros Organics).
In my hands it does not dissolve completely and after 5 min, a
flocculent precipitate starts to form.
Any ideas, explanations, suggestions?
