Cucl2 interacts with 5x sds sample buffer??

Dear all
I added Copper to my protein sample. After the reaction, when I add 5x
sample buffer for do the PAGE, sample doesnt turns to blue colour but I
noticed some precipitation with yellow color. Then I heated it up and Load
the sample on the SDS-page but I could nt see anything on the gel after
destain it.

Could any one please me in this
