Hi all,
I've been trying out some autoradiography using a 3H labelled version of citalopram (serotonin re-uptake inhibitor). It takes weeks to do and we don't have the radioactive capacity to get a hotter radioactive isotope. I was wondering whether anyone knows whether its possible to biotinylate something like citalopram and label tissues that way?
Regards
Yvonne
