Hi Daniel,

possibly you have more luck with vesicles. Protocols should be a lot
in the literature. Basically, it's injecting an eg ethanolic solution
of FA and some other stuff (lecithine) through a narrow gauge needle
into buffer and the dialyzing out the EtOH if necessary. Or you dry
the lipid mix down by evaporation, add buffer and prepare the vesicles
by sonication.
