Hello everyone. I did the TdT assay back in the 90's and I want to look at DNA fragmentation by flow cytometry. Is there a Tunel Assay kit out there that someone has used and recommends? I do not have the money to test kits, they are rather expensive. Any help you give is appreciated. Shar
