F' restriction sites

Dear Netters,
  I need a restriction enzyme that will make
only a few cuts in the chromosome of E. coli
and at least one in the F'128 (=F'lac-pro).  Anyone have
a physical map of F?  Anyone know what cuts
it?  Does it have a Not I site?
