Yo Ya'll, I was just wondering if there is a standard spheroplast procedure out there for use in transforming E coli. I've found some old ones from the '60's, but was wondering about something more up-to-date. I prefer one that does not involve electroporation. Thanks! John jweiland at badlands.nodak.edu
