Hi out there, we are seeking help with the isolation of very large plasmids (> 150 kb) from E.coli. Though we have tried a number of different techniques we could not manage a reliable isolation. Does anyone know or has experinece with these kind of size problems? Any help will be greatly appreciated. With many thanks M.Alexander Schmidt
