Undergraduate Research Fellowship Program

The Undergraduate Research Fellowship Program, sponosred by the
American Society for Microbiology encourages 
students to pursue careers or advanced degrees in the microbiological 
sciences by providing an opportunity to participate in a research project 
at their institution and to gain experience in presenting the results of their
research.  The Undergraduate Research Fellowships provide students a 
stipend up to $2,500 and travel and equipment subsidy.  The deadline for
 the 1995 Undergraduate Research Fellowship Program is February 1, 1995.
