I was wondering if there is any information out there on the Tx span of methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus? In my understanding, it is currently be treated with vancomyacin (sp) for a duration of 2 to 4 weeks. I was wondering if there is anything new in getting back a negitive culture in under 2 weeks?
