Stripping Biotin-labeled Membranes

Hi!

I was wondering if anyone out there has had any experience stripping 
biotinylated probes off of nitrocellulose membranes (Gene Images) for 
reprobing.  I am currently using biotin-labeled pcr products to 
hybridize to time-course RNA samples and I am having trouble stripping 
any probes longer than 100 bp off of my membranes, although the kit 
instructions say it should be possible.  Any help would be greatly 
appreciated.  Thanks!
