MICROBIOLOGY
Applications are invited for a tenure-track position
as an Assistant Professor in the Department of
Natural Resource Sciences at the Macdonald
Campus of McGill University. We are seeking a
Microbiologist with research interests and
demonstrated expertise in an area of microbial
ecology/environmental microbiology. The
successful applicant must have a Ph.D. and will be
expected to establish an active research programme
and participate in the teaching of undergraduate- and
graduate-level courses pertaining to microbial
ecology. The position becomes available June 1,
1995, and the starting salary will be $ 42,000 CDN
per year. Applicants should send a curriculum vitae,
