Endotoxins in the air

I am involved in a research project which involves identifying distribution 
and type of airborne microorgnisms in various types of environments.  In some 
environments I am pretty sure that there are endotoxins present.  I am using 
an Anderson Impacter sampler - is there a method available to detect endotoxin 
and endotoxin levels?  Can it be used as samples are being taken in an 
impacter sampler?
