Clindomycin uses for Group A streps' Necrotising fasciitis

Having read in a National Newspaper that Clindomycin is  supposed
to  stop  the  production  of  a  Strep  pyrogenes  toxin,  I  am
interested   to   find  out more on the subject, in  relation  to
Necrotising fasciitis.  If  anyone  knows
where   a  report  on this will  be  published,  or  has  any   futher
