Commercial identification services--Feedback?

Has anyone had any experience (good, bad, ugly) with any of the commercial services that offer to identify your favorite unknown bug for you?  I know ATCC does it -- anyone care to recommend any others?  I'll summarize responses sent to me if others are interested....
