experience in the following areas;

1. Classical strain improvement relating to fungal systems, preferably
experience in improvement of cellulase organisms and most preferably
experience in improvement of organisms that produce neutral and/or
alkailne cellulases.

2. Process development work related to fungal systems, improvement or
specific activity and total yield relating to the above.
