Serotyping of Listeria monoccytogenes

We  want to serotype some environmental and food strains of Listeria monocytogenes
and we have many problems in the interpretation of the immunoassay with
antibody #1 and #4.  We tried also fluorescent antibody but it was not really easy to read.


We work now with microtiter plate, and before a technic using tubes.
