- Rapid ID of S.aureus direct from blood cultures

Hi,

I am interested in hearing of peoples experience with rapid (<4hours) 
detection of S.aureus directly from blood culture bottles. I am curently 
evaluating both tube coagulase and thermostable nuclease methods
both without the success of litrature. Any help on these methods (or 
any other techniques) experiences or refrences would greatly assist
my evaluation.
