According to a slightly dated edition of Emmons et al. - Medical Mycology, some
cases of Mycetoma ("madura foot", "maduromycosis") have been attributed to
Streptomyces somaliensis. A synonym is (or has been) *Nocardia* somaliensis,
though the latest Bergey's "Determinative" lists the species under Streptomyces.
