isolation and purification of antibiotics, help needed

Hellow,

I am a student and will work on isolation and purification of antifugal and 
antibacterial antibiotics from bacillus strains. I have no experience of this 
kind of work. How should I begin my work?  I even haven't got a general review 
paper on this kind of research. 

Please gave me some suggestions. Any information is welcomed.
