Human pathogen reference materials

Hello All!
I'm a MT student interested in becoming a Microbiologist and am searching
for a handbook, or the like, that lists *human* pathogens.  Including
morphology (Gram and plate, preferably with pictures), ID methods, and
clinical significances.  Of course, I have no idea if such a manual even
exsists, but if it does (almost) no price would be too high.
