Ebola pathophysiology

I am doing a research paper on the Ebola virus and cannot find in-depth
references on the subject.  If anyone knows of a good reference, could
you please E-mail it to me.  Or if anyone knows:
1.  The target organ for the Ebola virus
2.  Its activity in the primary and secondary infection
3.  How exactly does it activate the complement system to cause DIC
4.  It's activity on the kidney and liver (if any)
5.  General pathophysiology of the virus and how it affects the body on
    an organ level and the cellular level
