AOAC Approves 2 Day Yeast & Mold Test

On Saturday, September 16th, the AOAC's Official Methods Board accorded the 
QA Life Sciences two day ISO-GRID yeast & mold method Official First Action 
Status for all foods.  This 2 day method saves 3 days over the conventional 5 
day test.  The new test has AOAC method number 995.21.
