Software for DNA Sequence Comparison

   I'm looking for a good an easy program for comparing of DNA sequences.
Actualy we are working with MacMolly13A but I think this software is very
slow and has not so good comparison algorithmen.
If you know of any good programs - shareware ore pd would be great - please

  I am also looking for DAN  and Protein analysis software.  Did you find
anything worth looking into?
