common fermentation pathway?

Go to the Library.  Get a book on bacterial metabolism (Gottschalk, "Bacterial 
Metabolism" is one common one).  This question is far too general and not very 
specific.  Do you need all of the intermediates?  What about cofactors?  Structures? 
A quick trip to the library would be quicker than waiting for a posted reply but here 
is one anyway:
