thank you to all the people who were so kind as to tell me the word roots are Greek. I knew that. I was apparently being too flip when I was telling the original poster (whose name I have misplaced) that the roots are Greek. so if you all could repost your replies so this gentleman could read them... Geez my mouth gets me in trouble...
