Jun san, There are lots of info on O157 if you look under FDS/FSIS and CDC files. I've just seen WHO home page. It has a great story of emerging food poisoning. Or if you are a microbiologist, go to NCBI home page and get some reference on O157 via NENTREZ. Take care. hiroyuki
