Hello! Can anyone tell me how to amplify plasmid in Cm-resistant E. coli? Of course I know changing the host is a better way. But I cannot do it. I want to prepare enough amount plasmids from a less E.coli cells. Thanks in advance for your help. Masayoshi Itoh maitoh at rtc.riken.go.jp
