Need source of Frankia species

Does anyone know a source for obtaining Frankia species?
Target trees are Eleagnus species (common names are Russian Olive
and Wolf Willow), and Shepheddia species (common name - Buffalo
Berry).  The common names are those generally used in Western
Canada. We are attempting to enhance the transplant survivability
when these trees are incorporated into windbreak systems by 
Western Canadian farmers.
