Colloidal Silver

Does anybody have a reference to colloidal silver and virus or parasite
inactivation inside the human body?  I have tested colloidal silver and
found it kills bacteria, yeasts and molds in-vitro.  It make a good
preservative but what other efficacies does it possess?
