salmonellosis/resistance-plasmid-?

I would like to meet (private e-mail) with an infectious disease
specialist or AAM board certified microbiologist knowledgeable and 
experienced with treatment or epidemiology
of non-typhi salmonellosis.  I'm particularly interested in 
discussing antimicrobial resistance, resistance plasmids etc. of 
certain agricultural serovars that have human health implications.
