Hi Ben:

You may want to try Oxyrase for Broth. This is an enzyme system when added to
virtually any medium will specifically reduce oxygen to less than 10 parts per
billion in less than 30 min at 37 C. Oxyrase for Broth works over a pH range
of 6.8 to 9.0.

Since it is an enzyme system, Oxyrase does not interfer with the growth of
your organism. Oxyrase will continue to remove oxygen over a period of time
depending upon conditions, surface to volume ratio, mixing, etc. In static
broth medium in a closed bottle at 37C, Oxyrase for Broth will keep the medium
anaerobic for up to 15 days.

You can find out more about Oxyrase for Broth by calling (419) 589 - 8800 or
contact me via email.
