Protein extraction for grm+ bacteria

I am interested in extracting proteins from L. monocytogenes and
am looking for a good protein extraction method.  Some methods
recommend adding acetone to the cell pellet then adding something
to break down the cell wall eg mutanolysin or lysozyme.
I'd be ineterested in knowing what procedures other people are using.
