Salk's Theory on Aids

If J. Salk is right about ritual monkey blood drinkers passing down aids
virus
to humans from monkeys in Africa, then are Masai Tribesmen immune to aids 
due to ritual cattle blood drinking as a TLC show on tv said certain
Kenyans are
immune to aids virus. Is this not similar to milkmaids of old being
exposed to
