Clostridium difficile

It's a while ago. But we used first lysozyme (final conc. 1 mg/ml) and
proteinase K (40ug/ml) in 1-2% SDS. The lysis depends on the strain,
unfortunatly. But ther should be some refs about it (look under "Tabaquali_S"
as author, for example.
