toxin and bacteriocin?

	There was a lot of work done about 50 years agon under the guise of 
PHAGE THERAPY - and also the control of bacteria in the milk industry 
using bacteriophage.  Several problems, including immunogenicity of the 
proteinous bacteriophage or bacteriocins proved difficult to overcome.  I 
am not aware of progress using genetically engineered bacteriocins or 
phage.  I believe it is a promising area of research.
