HELP : HYPOCHONDROPLASIA

My son who is 7yrs 6months has been diagnosed as having a growth
disorder known as HYPOCHONDROPLASIA. He currently has a biological age
of only 5 and a half years. The paediatrician who diagnosed his
condition has stated that it is due to  one of his genes which mutated. 

If anyone could give me information about the disorder, what can be done
about it, which clinics/universities in the world treat this disorder
and any other relevant advice/information I would be very grateful.
