Milk preparation for HPLC

I know this may not be an entirely microbiological question so please 
bear with me.

I have a colleague who needs to determine fat-soluble and 
water-soluble vitamins in a milk-based fermented product. Can you 
recommend a procedure/reference or even a person who can give advise 
with regard to sample clean-up before application to the column.
