Remember that Streptomyces DNA is very G-C rich. You will want to use an 
AT rich enzyme. I am not sure how you are preparing your DNA, but I would 
suggest making protoplasts first. Some strains of Streptomyces are just a 
pain to get digestable DNA out of!
