Hello!

  I am interesting in an instability of genomic DNA of Streptomyces.
Now, I have some mutants, probably delete the specific region(s) of the genomic 
DNA. I would like to measure the length of these genomic DNAs by Pulsed-field 
gel electrophoresis (PFGE).
But I can not digest these sample DNAs for PFGE with restriction endonuclease 
(e.g. EcoRI, DraI etc).
Please give me your good suggestion.
