You can screen _Bacillus_ spores for resistance using a MPN tube method.
Then calculate the D-value. The D-value that you need depends on what you
want to use the strain for i.e. sterilization validation testing. Many
strains resistant to hydrogen peroxide and chlorine are also resistant to
ozone. _Bacillus subtilis_ "A" from the NFPA can be purchased and
tested. Contact me if you need more information.
