Coliforms Today?

Hi all.

With the rate at which bugs are having their names changed and put into
different classifications it is hard to keep up with it all. I am
interested in knowing other peoples definitions of what is a coliform?
Besides being oxidase negative, non spore forming, lactose fermentative
and a GNB.

Also, are the folowing coliforms?, Serratia, Hafnia, Kluyvera, Leclercia
and Adecarboxylata.

As a bonus question does anyone know what E.coli inactive is besides
being a lazy bacterium?

Thanks in advance to all.
