lysozyme

Hi,

   I would like to know more about the enzyme lysozyme, which breaks
bacterial cell walls. I would appreaciate any information about its
action, regulation, etc., and/or references to published articles and
books on the subject. I'm especially interesed in the lysozyme of
bacterivorous protozoa.
