Davin's correct.  The label name incosemtics/OTC drugs is "Triclosan" 
I'd also suggest carefully consider using PIA.  Some pseudomonads can be
sensitive (e.g. some of the cepacia's) and some of the enterics it is
claimed to inhibit are resistant.
