Mycobacteria--oxygen requirements (Info wanted)

Hi Karl,
Oops, guess I wasn't clear in my post.  I am working on a redox problem
in M. smegmatis and have reason to believe that one clone I have is particularly
sensitive to oxidative stress.  I have only found articles on MTb where
they vary pO2, but nothing on the nonpathogens which do behave somewhat
differently in many ways.
Thanks for your response, I will continue my library hunt,
