Hello, I'm looking for others working with fingerprinting techniques for highly mixed, natural populations. I am currently employing BIOLOG assay plates to assess the biochemical fingerprint of populations from sewage processing systems...specifically anaerobic fermenters (my thesis area). Cheers, Alex.
