When using Biologs (for biochemical fingerprinting of mixed
populations), is it legitimate to consider the identifications, based on
the computerized database, as typical of the biochemical activity of the
sample?
I realize that when using mixed cultures the identification itself is
meaningless, but the positive/negative wells must should still be
considered real.
Any feedback...enlightenment...support, would be useful.
