Sugestions for increasing disulfide bond formation?

Hi. We are expressing a protein in Salmonella which forms disulfide
bonds. We would like to maximize our yield of the oxidized protein. I am
thinking of trying to buffer the media to keep it from getting too
acidic, as basic conditions would tend to promote disulfide formation.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
